Coach for Relationships and Consultant for Transformation
I am a Coach and Myers Briggs FIRO B Relationships practitioner and ITIL accredited, with a background in senior operational management, project management and service transformation within NHS, Education, Local Authority Social Care and Charity sectors. I am also an accredited Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, including Time Line Therapy (TM) and Hypnotherapy.

Organisational Change: I will work with you to scope the change, develop the timelines and the plans, and engage the teams, providing coaching and support to embed the changes. I can help you find ways of improving team working that can lead to real transformation.

Interpersonal Relationships: Communication is often the hardest thing to get right but understanding what our expressed and wanted needs are can really help, whether you are working on self-improvement, a change project or just trying to improve your service, .

I will work with you to build new relationships and enhance existing ones, using a number of tools and my unique Relationships Programme. One of the tools is the FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation) instrument, which helps identify your expressed and wanted needs, and provide insights into how these might impact in relationships with others. Gaining an understanding of your needs and also what others around you may need, can take relationships to a higher level. It is the key that can unlock the potential in both personal and workplace interactions.

FIRO B Assessments (Myers Briggs)
Assessment report – rates vary dependent of type of report required (£50.00 for a basic report to £95.00 for a Leadership report)

Workbook: £45 (Hard copy) £25 (E-copy)
Feedback on reports £60 per hour (on average feedback takes approx. an hour and a half)

Workshops: £850 for a full day and £450 for half a day (up to 20 people)
